- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive patent creation in quantum hardware and software innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in quantum computing or advanced superconducting systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
