Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, materials science, and AI acceleration
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2030-era threats
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design next-gen qubit technologies
- Drive quantum education initiatives across partner organizations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum circuit design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
