Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC clusters
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Collaborate with security teams to implement quantum-resistant encryption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum-computing principles
- Publish research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting qubit control systems (e.g., LabVIEW, FPGAs)
- Publication record in quantum algorithm design or error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
