Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant computing
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum processors using superconducting qubits
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration
- Secure patents for novel quantum-mechanical computing methods
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years building quantum systems with error rates <0.1%
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
