Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and fine-tuning of LLMs for specific industry verticals, ensuring high accuracy and reduced hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 roadmap vision into technical specifications.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for cloud deployment.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated testing, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, JAX).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade AI applications.
