Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with existing cloud infrastructure
- Research and prototype quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum control systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for blockchain and cryptography applications
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
