Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum materials
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols
- Drive patent development in quantum hardware innovation
- Collaborate with NASA/DOE on quantum simulation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave systems)
- Security clearance for government projects
- Fluency in Python/C++ and low-level assembly
