Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for real-world commercial applications
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing scalability and security
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum programming techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, photonic, or ion trap systems)
