Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Develop error correction protocols for practical quantum advantage
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Partner with research institutions to publish breakthrough papers
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
- Drive commercialization of quantum algorithms in finance and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (superconducting/ion trap)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
