Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Translate quantum hardware limitations into software optimization strategies
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
