Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation

- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical discovery simulations
- Architect quantum-safe encryption systems for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum material breakthroughs
- Define quantum-computing-as-service (QCaaS) infrastructure standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or superconducting systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware validation and benchmarking
- Track record of securing $10M+ in quantum research funding
