Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation communication systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies into scalable production environments
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across industry verticals
- Pioneer hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
