Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI systems with ethical frameworks
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration in enterprise solutions
- Forecast technology adoption patterns and market disruptions for 2026-2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from federal and private innovation funds
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TED)
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futuristics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record securing federal SBIR grants (>3 awards)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on tech strategy
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
