Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with researchers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of quantum circuits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced theoretical physics
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Experience leading technical projects with measurable impact
