Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for real-world industrial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum security protocols for blockchain integration
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-native programming
- File patents for quantum error correction methodologies
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Security clearance preferred for defense sector projects
