Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy to align with our long-term roadmap, identifying key technologies and frameworks that will be industry standards in 2026.
- System Design & Scalability: Design complex, distributed systems that can handle exponential growth, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI integration, next-gen cloud infrastructure) while maintaining legacy stability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leads to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce architectural patterns, coding standards, and security protocols across all development teams.
- Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
- Future Tech Familiarity: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML infrastructure, Edge Computing, or Quantum Readiness protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect are a plus.
