Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography
- Interface with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with error correction capabilities
- Develop quantum-safe security frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and computational complexity
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and statistical analysis
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
