Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for 128+ qubit processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols post-quantum cryptography era
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Research fault-tolerant quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech on 2026 quantum roadmap initiatives
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures or topological computing
- Security clearance for DoD quantum research projects
