Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-era optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Present architectural blueprints to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Patent novel quantum circuit designs and computational methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and NISQ-era systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business value propositions
- Security clearance for government quantum projects preferred
