Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols to protect next-gen data systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise use cases
- Research emerging quantum hardware (photonic, superconducting, topological) for practical deployment
- Create quantum security frameworks for financial and healthcare sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
