Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise-level deployment
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor quantum research scientists and junior engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
