Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging tech disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record translating trends into commercial products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent innovation certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
