- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature and Science journals
- Develop strategic partnerships with DOD and NASA for quantum defense initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (arXiv, PRL)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of securing government/industry research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers in quantum computing
