Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing applications across industries
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates in quantum theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field
- 10+ years of quantum research with demonstrated impact on industry applications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
