Responsibilities
- Lead development of 100+ qubit quantum processors with <1ms error correction
- Design hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for Fortune 500 optimization challenges
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Secure $5M+ in DoE/NASA quantum research grants
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum error mitigation techniques
- Develop IP portfolios for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on quantum cloud infrastructure standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum hardware/software development experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq frameworks and Q# programming
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance pathways
