Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms, error correction, or quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complexity theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems or photonics hardware development preferred
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to tackle unsolved quantum challenges
