Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit architectures
- Secure and manage $5M+ research budgets annually
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
- File 3+ patents annually in quantum computing methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams across physics, CS, and engineering disciplines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DARPA preferred)
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
