Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications

- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable systems
- Secure $10M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Partner with Intel/IBM on hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published work in quantum cryptography/machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Experience with superconducting/qubit systems
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence challenges
