Qualifications

- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and NISQ-era optimization
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
- Proven ability to secure research grants and lead technical teams
- Clearance for DOE quantum security protocols preferred
