What You'll Achieve:
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with real-world applications

Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Build and maintain quantum circuits using leading platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Secure patents for quantum computing innovations
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics principles
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from DARPA/NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
