Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve qubit stability
- Publish peer-reviewed research in leading journals
- Lead cross-functional quantum simulation projects
- Mentor junior researchers and interns
- Secure external research grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation
- Proficiency with Python/C++ and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published papers in quantum computing or quantum information
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
