Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit platforms
