Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture partners
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies in quantum cryptography
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Mentor R&D teams in ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Experience with venture capital technology due diligence and startup incubation
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
