Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation

- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance quantum coherence times and gate fidelities
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Secure $1M+ in government and industry research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks

- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
