Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ with low-level optimization experience
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ions, or photonic)
- Track record of securing competitive research grants or patents
