Responsibilities

- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into scalable solutions
- Secure research funding through federal grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or IEEE Transactions series
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion technologies
