Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims on 50+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-gen quantum architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF quantum computing grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
