Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure patents for novel quantum hardware innovations
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or topological quantum systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and fault-tolerant architecture
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience securing DoD or NASA quantum security clearances preferred
