Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge generative models and large language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments seamlessly.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time inference and low-latency performance on edge devices.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of model accuracy, safety, and bias.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and model versioning.
