Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct experimental quantum computing research using superconducting qubit systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience

- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms or trapped ions
- Publication record in quantum information science
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with hardware and software engineers
- Clear understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
