Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations for 1000+ qubit systems
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Develop patentable quantum applications for cryptography and machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
