- Present findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or trapped ions
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
