Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction prototyping
- Develop scalable quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers on quantum computational theory
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum space initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra and topology
- Clearance for government-contract research (if applicable)
