Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling next-generation workloads and AI integration.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and product owners.
- R&D Integration: Prototype and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven automation and edge computing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain, or quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems under pressure and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
