Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world business problems in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Collaborate with CTO to define 5-year quantum technology roadmap
- Mentor quantum engineers in error correction and qubit stabilization techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years building distributed quantum computing systems or quantum simulation platforms

- Proven track record deploying quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, D-Wave, Rigetti)
