Job Description
Join NeuroSync Labs at the forefront of human-computer symbiosis for 2026. We're pioneering quantum-entangled UX interfaces that transcend traditional digital boundaries. As our Quantum UX Researcher, you'll decode neural-semantic patterns to design experiences that feel like second nature. Collaborate with neuroscientists and quantum engineers to build the next paradigm of human-machine collaboration.
Why join us? Work in our Austin-based neuro-dome lab with cutting-edge fNIRS and quantum bio-sensors. Shape how humanity interacts with emerging consciousness technologies while enjoying competitive equity and unlimited learning stipends.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute neural-UX studies using quantum-entangled feedback loops
- Develop semantic mapping algorithms for subconscious interface responses
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with quantum physicists and cognitive neuroscientists
- Create predictive models for 2026+ human-AI interaction paradigms
- Prototype quantum-optimized interfaces using our proprietary NeuroSynth platform
- Publish whitepapers on consciousness-computing convergence
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum information theory and entanglement principles
- Proven track record with neural decoding technologies (EEG, MEG, fNIRS)
- Published research in ACM CHI or Nature Human Behaviour (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in Python/R with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with bio-quantum interface hardware development
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ neural-UX implementations
- Certification in Advanced Neuro-Semantic Analysis (NASA or equivalent)
