Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently using CRM software and internal knowledge bases.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new clients are comfortable with our products/services.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements to the product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account statuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
