Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and empathy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our ticketing system.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to expedite resolution.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product usability.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
