Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays reflecting seasonal themes
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Participate in product training sessions to deepen knowledge of local vendors and products
- Support loss prevention measures by monitoring sales floor and identifying suspicious activity
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills with approachable and friendly demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington State ID and authorization to work in the US
