Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions regarding merchandise, promotions, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment at all times.
- Upsell products and suggest add-ons to maximize sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience is highly desirable.
